NEW JOB!
After much deliberation I have decided to head back to the world of 9-5 work for the time-being. I contacted a few temping agencies and had a really good response from most. For those of you that don't know, I'm qualified as a PA which is a great asset to have to fall back on when the world of music is not generating much of a steady income.
After a couple of unsuccessful interviews, one agency phoned me about a position at the HSBC Headquarters in Canary Wharf (the financial district in London). They sent me for an interview which went really well. I was confident and the agency phoned me the next day and said that HSBC were very impressed with me and would like to offer me the position. Its an ongoing temp position which means I'm paid by the hour, but it may turn into a permanent position in the future. I will be PA to 4 Managers (as far as I know) and I start this Wednesday. I will no doubt post about my first day so keep watching.

You can come and be my PA if you want, although I might not be able to pay you much and you might get bored in sunny Huddersfield, but I sure could do with a hand right now!

So, how's the new job going? Boring? Interesting getting the grips with a new environment? I would imagine you'll enjoy the regular money!
We wait to hear all about it ..... with bated breath, of course.
